Cornwall has some of the most dramatic coastline in Britain, and for Devon dog owners it is an easy trip west. Its rules work much like Devon's, set by Cornwall Council under PSPOs, though the standard restriction season varies, and on some Cornish beaches the summer ban runs only July and August.
