There are no facilities, but the isolated location makes it great for owners seeking a quiet swim or run with the dog. Most suitable to confident walkers and swimmers, as tides can cover the beach quickly and there is no safety cover.

Access requires good planning and attention to tide tables, as the cove can become cut off at high water. The South West Coast Path provides the main approach, winding along dramatic cliffs with stunning views across the bay. The secluded nature means it's popular with naturists and wild swimmers seeking privacy. The rocky shoreline supports diverse marine life, making it interesting for rock pooling at low tide.
