Readymoney Cove

Readymoney Cove sits in the heart of historic Fowey, offering a charming sandy beach beneath the ruins of St Catherine's Castle. Dogs face restrictions between 10am and 6pm during July and August, but enjoy access throughout the rest of the year. Early morning and evening visits during peak season offer the best dog exercise opportunities.

Parking is available for 150 cars just above the cove, with a short walk down to the beach through pleasant gardens. The excellent on-site facilities include clean toilets, disabled access, and the popular beach shop offering refreshments and essentials. The proximity to Fowey town means additional amenities within easy walking distance, while boat trips and harbour walks provide additional attractions.
