Polzeath Beach is a world-famous surfing beach with golden sand and excellent facilities, but dog owners should note the seasonal restrictions. Dogs are banned from May 1st to September 30th, making it perfect for winter and spring visits when the beach is quieter and more peaceful. The excellent access and facilities make it ideal for dogs when permitted, with soft sand perfect for running and playing. Outside the ban period, it's an excellent choice for active dogs who enjoy beach walks and exploring the extensive sandy shoreline.
