Fishcombe Cove is a tree-framed pebbly cove a short walk from Brixham Harbour, favoured for its shelter and peaceful feel. There is a small café at the head of the cove and water is often calm for wild swimming. Dogs are allowed all year, making it an attractive, quiet option for dog owners. No lifeguard cover, and the final section of access is steep. It is popular with kayakers and seals are sometimes spotted from shore. The cove sits within easy walking distance of Brixham's historic harbour area, with its rich fishing heritage dating back to Saxon times. The sheltered position and deep water make it popular with small boat owners and water sports enthusiasts. The surrounding woodland provides a peaceful contrast to the busy harbour nearby. Access is via a footpath from the harbour area, passing through attractive coastal vegetation typical of the South Devon coastline.
